Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate *Occupational Therapist* to join our specialist community providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions, including ABI and progressive disorders.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will manage a caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include supervising support staff, maintaining documentation to HCPC standards, contributing to service improvement, and managing clinical risks with safeguarding adherence.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a proactive, person-centered approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation and outcome measures is desirable.
