We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting adults with neurological conditions through assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Manage a caseload by delivering evidence-based interventions and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and supervise support staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to service improvements, and manage clinical risks following best practices.
- Engage in supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.
- Regularly review care plans and risk assessments to adapt to residents’ evolving needs.
Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a person-centred approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation and supervisory skills are desirable.
