Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting adults with neurological conditions through assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

  • Manage a caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and supervise support staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to service development, and ensure risk management and safeguarding protocols are followed.
  • Engage in supervision, professional development, and regularly review care and risk assessments.

  • Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a person-centered approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation and supervising support staff are desirable.
