Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our specialist team supporting adults with neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury and progressive disorders.

  • Manage a caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and supervise support staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to service development, and manage clinical risks.
  • Engage in supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional growth.
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments are regularly reviewed and updated.

  • Requirements include HCPC registration, strong communication, teamwork skills, and a person-centred approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation is desirable.

    Part-time, permanent role (24 hours/week) with benefits such as pension, discounts, free parking, and more. Work is in person, supporting residents’ independence and progression.
