Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our specialist community supporting adults with neurological conditions, including brain injuries and progressive disorders.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will manage a caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. You will supervise support staff, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
