Orthopedic Surgeon Independent 1099

Join us at the California Orthopaedics Association Conference from April 16–18, visiting booth #70 and attending our exclusive reception on April 16 from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM PST. We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing complex musculoskeletal injuries, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers. You will treat patients, communicate with employers, and participate in case management, making a positive impact on patient recovery.

Qualifications: licensed MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, experience with work-related injuries preferred, and malpractice insurance coverage. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
