We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex cases, facilitating patient recovery, and collaborating with healthcare providers and employers.


  • Flexible scheduling to complement your practice.
  • Compensation based on a revenue share model.
  • Preferred experience with work-related injuries and licensure in your state.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery required.
  • Must carry medical malpractice insurance.
