Join us at the California Orthopaedics Association Conference from April 16–18, and visit booth #70.

We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your practice.

The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will communicate with employers and participate in case management, making a meaningful impact on patient recovery.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, treating patients part-time, with compensation based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications: experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO certification, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
