Join us at the California Orthopaedics Association Conference from April 16–18, visiting booth #70 and attending our exclusive reception on April 16 from 6:00–8:00 PM PST. We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as an independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, supporting complex patient management, return-to-work, and functional restoration.

Responsibilities include treating patients with work-related injuries, collaborating with medical teams, and engaging in case management. The role offers flexible scheduling to complement your practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications include experience with work injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Candidates must have malpractice insurance.
