We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during approximately 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams for both surgical and non-surgical treatments related to musculoskeletal injuries.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Candidates must carry medical malpractice insurance.
