Job Description

Seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role. The position involves treating patients on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex cases, aiding in return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. You will provide both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Must have medical malpractice insurance.
