Position: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient therapy (in-person or virtual) across various age groups and populations.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment and safety plans, deliver therapeutic services, and coordinate discharge and aftercare planning.
Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate community resources and referrals.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and quality reviews.
Maintain licensure and credentialing; optional on-call weekends.
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
Minimum one year of relevant experience.
Clearances for FBI, State Police, and child abuse.
Proficiency with electronic records, virtual therapy tools, and MS Office.
