Job Description

This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.


  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize evidence-based and innovative techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about disorders and available therapies.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through professional development and research.
  • Provide mentorship and workshops for speech therapy students.

  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-language Pathology, relevant licensure, and experience with various disorders and age groups. Familiarity with database management software and early intervention is advantageous. Strong relationship-building, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills are essential. This is an in-person, full-time or part-time position with pay ranging from $56 to $80 per hour.
