Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Therapy Clinic Supervisor with 5+ years of experience as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist.

In this role, you’ll supervise a small team (5–10 therapists), provide clinical mentorship, and maintain a reduced caseload (~15 hours/week). You’ll support onboarding, foster a positive clinic culture, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
