Physiatrist Independent Contractor

Job Description

Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, on-site role.

Responsibilities include treating medically complex patients, supporting return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams, potentially including EMGs and NCS for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. The role involves case management and communication with employers.

Work schedule is approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, allowing for flexible scheduling to complement your practice. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications:

• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure, MD or DO from an accredited program, unrestricted DEA license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R
• Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage
