Join our dedicated team providing exceptional physiatry care in skilled nursing and rehab facilities to improve patient outcomes and reduce pain medication use.
Perform assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver interventions like joint injections, Botox, and medication management.
Work independently at 1–3 facilities per week, managing 23–25 patients daily with support from a collaborative team.
