Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our healthcare team.

Provide outpatient rehabilitation, conduct exams, and develop personalized care plans to enhance functional recovery.

Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials.

Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives as desired.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications: MD or DO, board certified or eligible in PM&R, valid NY license, excellent communication skills, and experience in pain management or anesthesia is a plus.
