Seeking a Family Practice Physician with M.D. or D.O., California license, DEA, and Board certification to provide primary and urgent care in an ambulatory setting.
Responsibilities include conducting history-taking, examinations, diagnostics, treatments, referrals, and documentation, with proficiency in specialized procedures. Implement health promotion, disease prevention, and managed care principles aligned with clinic goals. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate cultural sensitivity to Native American communities, and participate in administrative and quality improvement activities. Deliver efficient patient care, managing 14-16 visits per shift, with appropriate scheduling for procedures. Qualifications include at least 2 years of ambulatory care experience, current CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to work with Native American populations and handle physical demands required. Compensation ranges from $240,000 to $260,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), insurance, loan repayment, and paid time off. Full-time, in-person position at clinics in Temecula and Mountain Center, CA.
