Job Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support nephrology patient care in our Newton location.
Manage patient health through assessments, diagnoses, care plans, and education in accordance with regulations and standards. Perform dialysis rounding, support CKD clinics, hospital rounds, and provide on-call coverage as permitted by scope of practice. Work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend call as needed. Require 2+ years of clinical experience, NJ licensure, NCCPA or AANPCB certification, and DEA license. Strong clinical, communication, leadership skills, and ability to travel across multiple settings. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and life insurance. This full-time role offers a base pay of $109,000–$125,000 annually.
