Job Description

Rehabilitation Associates seeks an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) to lead physiatry consultation services in a skilled and subacute rehabilitation setting.

In this role, the APP will conduct patient rounds, manage medical barriers to recovery, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy staff. The position involves weekly team meetings to discuss patient progress and discharge planning.
