  • Lead care in post-acute and rehab settings as a Physician (MD or DO).
  • Manage approximately 16 patients per day.
  • Provide leadership over NP/MA teams.
  • Flexible options available — full or part-time.

    • This full-time position features a competitive salary of $250,000–$270,000 and benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
