Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Diabetic Practice Nurse to join a friendly, city-centre GP surgery in Chichester, working 23-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include leading diabetes reviews, optimizing glycaemic control, initiating and titrating medications, delivering patient education, and supporting quality initiatives.

The role involves travel between two sites and requires a registered nurse with NMC registration, primary care diabetes experience, and a relevant qualification. Confidence in insulin management is desirable.
