Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive primary care and women’s health services to Veterans at the Bath VA Medical Center in Bath, NY.

  • Provide full-spectrum primary care, including preventive, chronic, and acute management across a range of conditions.
  • Conduct examinations, diagnose, manage conditions, and order diagnostics.
  • Handle a manageable workload focused on outpatient care, addressing issues like hypertension, mental health, diabetes, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and women’s health concerns.
  • Perform screenings, procedures, crisis intervention, and psychosocial assessments.

    • Qualifications include board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, unrestricted medical license, DEA registration, and EMR experience. Preferred experience with VA or Veteran populations and knowledge of military health are advantageous.
