Seeking an experienced Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinician/Primary Therapist for a detox/residential setting.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluate client histories, and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide individual and group counseling using modalities like CBT and motivational interviewing. Educate clients and families on substance use effects, recovery strategies, and relapse prevention. Respond promptly to crises and collaborate with emergency services as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry best practices through ongoing professional development. Requirements include relevant licensure (e.g., CDCA, LCDC, LICDC, LSW, LPC), minimum two years of therapy experience, familiarity with standards, and excellent communication skills.
Full-time, on-site position offering a full benefits package, with a salary range of $44,000-$70,000 annually. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
