We are seeking a Full-Time Primary Therapist (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) to provide compassionate care for clients with substance use and mental health disorders.
Deliver assessments, individual therapy, and group sessions using evidence-based methods. Collaborate on discharge planning and coordinate with team members. Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure confidentiality. Engage in weekend and holiday rotations for inpatient programming. Utilize EMR systems effectively for all documentation needs.
