Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an 8-hour weekly role (Tues, Wed, Fri).
Provide urgent care and occupational health services, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and management of acute injuries and illnesses.
Perform work-related injury care, physicals, wound care, suturing, and basic procedures.
Order and interpret lab tests and radiographs, and refer patients as needed.
Document care accurately in the EMR and promote patient health through evaluations.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of NP or PA experience, 4+ years in urgent care/emergency medicine, and an active WV license.
Occupational medicine experience and NRCME/CDL-DOT certification are preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
