Job Description

Join a dedicated residential mental health treatment team as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, working full-time Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend on-call rotations.


  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment and medication plans for adolescents and young adults.
  • Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychiatric medications ensuring safe, evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic treatment and educate residents and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
  • Respond to psychiatric emergencies and maintain accurate documentation within our EHR system.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing with PMHNP certification, active NH Nurse Practitioner license, DEA registration (or in process), and 2+ years of psychiatric experience, preferably with youth.
