Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to deliver comprehensive mental health services to diverse patients, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing medication, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions. Provide various therapy modalities such as CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Manage medication regimens, monitor efficacy, and address adverse effects. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care for complex conditions, including developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction, and geriatrics. Document interactions accurately, ensure HIPAA compliance, and handle crisis situations effectively. Utilize telehealth to extend services remotely when appropriate. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with psychiatric advances. Requirements include a medical degree, valid medical license, post-residency clinical experience, and proficiency in therapeutic approaches. Telehealth experience is preferred.
