Job Description
The RN Supervisor oversees nursing units, ensuring quality care within established policies. They must be an experienced Registered Nurse, with at least 5 years of RN experience, preferably with supervisory or management background, and LTC/SNF experience. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, resident care oversight, and schedule implementation.
