Job Description
The RN Supervisor oversees nursing units to ensure quality care within established policies. They must be an experienced registered nurse with at least 5 years of RN experience, including management or supervisory roles, preferably in LTC/SNF settings. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident care oversight, documentation, and schedule implementation, collaborating with supervisory disciplines.
