Seeking a Full-Time RN Unit Manager for a 104-bed skilled nursing facility located in Wilmington, DE.

  • Responsible for overseeing nursing services, ensuring resident safety, and maintaining care standards.
  • Supervises staff, coordinates care plans, and promotes resident and family satisfaction.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, computer proficiency (PCC), and teamwork. RN preferred.
  • Offers competitive pay starting at $45/hour, shift/weekend differentials, generous benefits including health, dental, vision, 8 weeks PTO, tuition reimbursement, 403(b) matching, and company-paid insurance.
