Seeking a Full-Time RN Unit Manager for a 104-bed skilled nursing facility located in Wilmington, DE.
Responsibilities include overseeing nursing services, ensuring resident and family satisfaction, supervising staff, and maintaining care standards in compliance with regulations. Requires being a self-starter, organized, team-oriented, with computer skills (Point Click Care), and preferably an RN.
