Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time Resident Care Manager position in an adult family home setting in Snohomish, WA.
Lead a small, compassionate care team ensuring high-quality, personalized care for medically fragile residents. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, oversee care operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff in a cozy, family-like environment. Require active WA RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years clinical RN experience, including trach and ventilator care. Preferred experience in adult family homes and familiarity with relevant regulations.
