RN Supervisor-Nightshift

Job Description

This full-time Nursing Supervisor position offers a 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM shift, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, and a shift differential of $3.50/hour.

Responsibilities include overseeing and supervising nursing care for residents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and meeting residents’ medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. The role involves supervising staff, administering medications, assisting with resident assessments, and managing IV therapy.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a valid PA license
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to administer medications and lead care plans
