Job Description

This full-time nursing leadership role involves overseeing and supervising nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility. The shift runs from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, three days weekly, with rotating weekends and holidays, and offers a $3.50/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, managing resident assessments and care plans, administering IV therapy, supervising staff, and addressing operational issues through resident rounds.

Requirements include a valid PA nursing license, at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy.
