Job Description
This full-time nursing leadership role involves supervising nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and meeting residents’ medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Schedule: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, three days/week, with rotating weekends and holidays, plus a $3.50/hour shift differential.Requirements: Valid PA nursing license, minimum one year long-term care experience, CPR certification, and proficiency in IV therapy and medication administration.Responsibilities: Oversee daily resident care, supervise staff, conduct rounds, assist in care planning, and ensure compliance with health standards.Benefits include health, vision, and life insurance, PTO, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.
