We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

  • As a clinical leader, you will collaborate with the care team to oversee short- and long-term residents, including admissions, discharges, stability checks, and condition evaluations.
