Serve as a clinical leader, collaborating with the care team to oversee resident care. Manage admissions, discharges, stability checks, and condition evaluations. Perform advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribe treatments. Work full-time in person, ensuring quality resident care and team coordination.
