Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment, intervention, and support for clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and developing individualized support plans.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions to promote independence, sensory integration, and social skills.
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with service users, families, and carers.
- Facilitating community activities and providing training to support staff.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Strong communication skills, compassionate approach, and ability to work collaboratively.
