Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team, providing expert assessment, intervention, and support for clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities in social care or healthcare settings.

  • Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to promote independence and daily living skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with the team.
  • Perform sensory assessments and facilitate therapies to enhance sensory integration, motor skills, and social participation.
  • Engage in community activities and provide training/support to service users, families, and staff.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with current best practices in occupational therapy.
