Senior Occupational Therapist Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team, providing expert assessment, intervention, and support for clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities in social care or healthcare settings.

Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to promote independence and daily living skills.

Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with the team.

Perform sensory assessments and facilitate therapies to enhance sensory integration, motor skills, and social participation.

Engage in community activities and provide training/support to service users, families, and staff.

Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Stay updated with current best practices in occupational therapy.
