Job Description

The Senior Orthotist role in Staffordshire offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to provide high-quality patient care across diverse caseloads, working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include clinical assessment, prescription, fitting, and treatment planning, as well as leading service development, quality improvement projects, and protocol development. The role involves mentoring less experienced colleagues, supporting student placements, and delivering training and presentations.

Essential skills encompass strong clinical experience, leadership in MDT settings, proactive teamwork, and involvement in service development. Qualifications required are a BSc (Hons) in Prosthetics and Orthotics and HCPC registration.
