Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse – Lead Late Ward Nurse

Job Description

We seek an experienced RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership skills to become the Lead Late Ward Nurse at our small animal hospital in Wiltshire.

In this full-time role (12:00pm–8:30pm), you will oversee inpatient care, coordinate ward activities, and support discharge processes, ensuring high standards and smooth hospital flow.

Working closely with the team, you will delegate tasks, support clinical care, and prepare patients for out-of-hours handover, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key requirements include leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and effective communication.
