Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse – Lead Late Ward Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership skills to join as a Lead Late Ward Nurse at a small animal hospital in Wiltshire.

In this full-time role (12:00pm–8:30pm), you will oversee inpatient care, coordinate ward workflows, support discharge processes, and ensure clinical standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include managing inpatient handovers, allocating resources, supporting the out-of-hours team, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and confidence in decision-making.
