We seek an experienced RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership skills to become our Lead Late Ward Nurse in Wiltshire.

Provide oversight of inpatient care, coordinate team workload, and support discharge processes during afternoon and evening shifts.

Maintain clinical standards, ensure accurate documentation, and prepare patients for out-of-hours handover.

Work collaboratively with the nursing team, supporting both clinical duties and team coordination.

Full-time role (40 hours/week, 12:00pm–8:30pm) with weekend rotation and no out-of-hours work.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication.
