Seeking a Senior Social Worker for a full-time position in a new Center for Behavioral Health and Learning opening in 2024.
Partner with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social and emotional needs impacting care, recovery, and transitions.
Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment and discharge plans, provide crisis intervention, and refer resources.
Collaborate across disciplines, offer specialty consultation, and support care coordination for complex cases.
Qualifications include a Master of Social Work, one year of healthcare experience, and Washington state licensure within 90 days.
The new center will feature psychiatric beds, a neuromodulation program, and workforce training, fostering a dynamic work environment.
