Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a pediatric complex care facility serving residents aged birth to 21 with critical developmental and medical needs.
Provide classroom-inclusive and one-on-one therapy in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Assess social, medical, and therapy histories; administer tests; develop individualized treatment plans.
Complete documentation and coordinate care with other medical professionals.
Evaluate equipment and feeding needs; collaborate with COTAs.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Arkansas licensure, ASHA CCC, pediatric experience preferred, and ability to handle physical demands.
