Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with homebound patients, diagnosing and treating speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Assess swallowing difficulties and create plans of care.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate patients and families about communication strategies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in medical terminology and speech therapy techniques.
• Strong patient care skills with empathy and support.
• Knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to speech and swallowing.
• Excellent assessment and treatment planning abilities.

Enjoy a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and a pay rate of $50-$60/hour. Must be willing to relocate to Oregon, OH 43616, with work conducted in person.
