Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a pediatric complex care facility serving residents aged birth to 21 with severe developmental and medical needs. This full-time role offers a flexible, collaborative environment with consistent hours and on-site supervision. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide classroom and one-on-one therapy, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD, current Arkansas licensure, and ASHA CCC. Pediatric experience is preferred. The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, along with physical ability to perform related tasks.
