Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home assessment and treatment for patients with speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy to improve speech clarity, language skills, and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families about communication strategies.

Skills required include proficiency in medical terminology, empathy, expertise in speech therapy techniques, and a strong understanding of physiology and anatomy related to speech and swallowing.

This role offers a pay rate of $50.00 – $60.00 per hour, with benefits such as flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Ability to relocate to Oregon, OH 43616 before starting is required. The work involves in-person visits to enhance patients’ quality of life.
