Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care and support within a therapy department to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions.

  • Evaluates and treats patients, develops treatment plans, and communicates progress with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Performs comprehensive evaluations, documents services accurately, and ensures compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.
  • Supervises clinical staff, mentors colleagues, and contributes to professional development through education and knowledge sharing.
  • Participates in team conferences, collaborates with facility staff, and educates on documentation practices and patient care.
  • Demonstrates safe working practices, maintains a positive team environment, and upholds professional standards and customer service.
